This policy explains what information Aurex Intel collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and the prospect list you upload. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use your uploaded prospect lists

Your uploaded list is used solely to perform the research you ordered and deliver your report. We never sell, rent, share, or reuse your lists for any other purpose, and we do not add your prospects to any marketing database.

Research sources

Reports are compiled from publicly available information, including company websites, public profiles, and news sources.

No advertising trackers

We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers. Any cookies we use are strictly necessary to operate the site.

Retention & security

Uploaded files and generated reports are retained only as long as needed to fulfil and support your order, then deleted. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to systems that perform your research.
